A. Withdrawal Policy Introduction Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, stating the content of your notice of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium that states the content of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.
