Programming rarely fails on the thinking, it fails because the first exercises produce nothing worth showing anyone. Here the result of every line is audible straight away: the code runs in the browser and makes music. Twelve chapters carry one concept each, from the first command through text, lists, functions and variables to parallel tracks and effects. The language stays deliberately plain so that an A2 reader can follow it. The last chapter is a free project: a piece of your own, built from the parts practised one at a time before.
