Small and medium-sized businesses, trades, public offices and associations. Four to twelve people, no prior knowledge needed. All it takes is recurring work that eats up time.
How it works
We practise only on tasks your team brings along.
Beforehand
A sixty-minute preparatory call. Your team collects three to five real, recurring tasks: minutes, quotes, filing, routine emails, forms.
Day 1: Working with AI as a coworker
Delegate tasks, check the result, refine. Plus the data rules: what may go in and how to anonymise it first.
Day 2: Knowledge and processes
Make your team's knowledge usable, meaning documents and project files. Capture recurring processes as templates and instructions, plus team rules for using AI.
Follow-up, three weeks later
Half a day: what held up in daily work, what did not? We refine. Anything that can only be solved by building gets named as a candidate for a system integration.

Tools and data protection
Vendor-neutral. We work with what your team already has or is allowed to use, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Team or Claude. Beforehand we agree which data may go where.
